we shared half with our sweet neighbor
and I made shepards pie too that we also shared
she is set for a few days with meals LOL
she hugged me and said YOU ARE NEVER ALLOWED TO MOVE AWAY FROM ME
ha ha
I took that as a compliment

tried cleaning the leaves out of the front yard
this pic shows the spring
you should see it now!
FULL of about 3 inches DEEP of red leaves from the huge maple in front
AND THEY ARE NOT DONE FALLING YET!
I spent over TWO hours raking it to look nice.
neighbor called and said don't look out now
I said why..........she said it looks like it did before you raked!
WHAT!!!!!  and it did.......
Dawn 0   tree  2......  oh well I guess God is telling me I need exercise!

got to play a little in the scraps
but not much.............
this may become another purse.....

my other friend LOVES pink!
How come I never get to have my cake and eat it too??? LOL

  2. How nice of you to share with your neighbor! I love walking through crunchy leaves, but raking them - not so much! It's been very windy here the past few days, so we haven't even bothered with them yet. And, most of our are still on the trees.

  5. Mine are frozen stiff as can be except for the ones that blew away after the days on end of bitter cold winds. I want to bake, but I don't want to eat it yet.
