Take 12 white 6 7/8 inch squares and 12 green 6 7/8 squares and right sides together draw a line corner to corner
sew 1/4 inch on each side cut on drawn line making 2 HST of each
now here is the tricky part and if you need help with visual let me know and I will mail you this part
take two of the half square triangle blocks and with opposite sides together (green to white) we are going to cut them into 4 strips 1 5/8 wide to make the delectable mountain pieces
we will make 4 mountain chains measuring 16 1/2 inches long
my scanner is not working at the moment but I will get copies to you.
email me below and I will mail to you
tried to take a pic for you
this is what we will be making
and this is how
make the HST
match two parts opposites (the green on the white)
then cut into strips
the strips are what we will use
to make the mountain sections
I think there are some pieces we wont use
out of these
you just kinda go by the picture to make them
this one looks like some of the parts are not used
the ones with the tallest white section
looks like those are the ones we dont need
but will know better when I do mine
are you making your gift from me?
hmmmm this could be a new trend LOL
have everyone on the list make their own gift
naaaaaa dont think it will fly
hee ee
but big brother DID ask me for measurements of my
pickle jar
so I think I am getting my squirrel feeder!
yahoo!

Thank you. We will see how I do. This is my busy week. LOL
love this pattern
Too many distractions for me this week and I am traveling next week for work... I am, however, planning to take my new Featherweight with me. That is, if I don't chicken out ;)
