This is my sweet Phoebe
She passed away the day after my surgery
We found her when we got home
She picked us in 2005 at the pound. She tapped Rich on the shoulder out of her cage
It was in Dec and was our Christmas gift to get a cat
She was very playful. She and i would play in the morning before work and after work too. She loved to chase paper wadded up into balls and bring them back like a dog for you to throw it again.
She was so smart. I trained her to sit, high five, give kisses and wave and she loved the attention
We had brought her to the vet about the beginning of Jan as she was acting funny. Still eating and stuff, just not her.
They tested her blood and said all her major functions were fine. Kidneys, heart, thyroid, no infections etc and said it was her old age. I guess cats are about 7 yrs to one like dogs so she was around 98 according to that. She slept a lot which I guess is normal as you slow down.
We miss you baby as does Dunkin
He keeps looking on the bed where you spent most of your days
We will see you again
Miss kissing you goodnight.
Dunkin has been very clingy to me
I think he keeps looking for her too.
