I like Thurs number 1

I have been watching and reading I Like posts for a while and love the idea of looking for positives in life.
So many times it is easy to get wrapped up in negativity and that is not how i want to live my life

I like the surprises of Spring
This tulip came up in the back of the garden.
I thought they were all moved to the front garden but the color is so pretty even among all the weeds

I planted this barrel last year and it didnt look like it was going to spread
I am liking it this year so far

This stump in the front is an eyesore.
When my neighbor gifted me the little deer statue for last years birthday I decided this would be his home.
This year Jacky gifted me with the pansies for my birthday.
I love them. They remind me of my Gram. They were one of her favorite flowers.
I like that seeing them every day makes me think of her and her garden.

I like seeing
The deer feeling comfortable to eat nearby

I like friends who cheer me up with squishy fabrics

I like looking down and finding 4 leaf clovers
How lucky is that? I gave it to my neighbor
As I heard the luck doesnt work until you give it away

And I like my sewing buddy.
He makes me laugh daily

So many fun things to like and notice

What do you like?

Good Morning, Dawn, what a lovely post for I Like Thursday. Love the photos of your flowers and your outdoor and indoor wildlife. Pansies are my favorite spring flowers. Pretty squishy fabrics. A four leaf clover! Wow! You have an eye for the small and beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Makes me feel lucky, too ... :) Pat

I love the belief that luck must be given away... anything that connects us with love from one to another is a good thing! Your surprise tulips are great! Love the tipped barrel spilling out a blanket of flowers. Glad you joined in!Lee Anna

Good Morning! Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Thursday group. Aww, Phoebe and Dunkin are so pretty and they keep you company I’ll bet. Your tulips look pretty – and one person’s weed is another person’s flower. I see wild violets and snowdrops as ground cover – no weeds! Your barrel planting looks so cool, like the flowers are spilling out in a wave. And pansies – who doesn’t love them. Plus they are so hardy, they can take surprise chilly weather like a champ. FOUR leaf clover!! How lucky are you but I never heard that you had to give it away for it to work. Hmmm, good to know. ~smile~ Roseanne

Welcome to our I Like Thursday group - glad you're joining us! I love all your flowers. It's time to plant in Colorado where I live, and I'm ready for digging in the dirt!

So glad you joined in! It's fun to think up positive things every week. Your lone tulip made me smile- I love that it's there being bright and happy and colorful all by itself. So fabulous. And I love your kitty helper. My pups are always trying to help me, but a little mud and dog hair never really hurt anything I guess.

I love seeing all your flowers! I wish I was more of a gardener. My husband likes to garden so I let him do it. He has more of a green thumb than I'll ever have. I always love seeing pictures of your kitty!! Nice to see you joining in the Thursday group.

Your barrel of flowers is really cute! How cool that you found a four leaf clover. What a cute kitty.

Oh so many pretty flowers. I think the pansies are a perfect touch...colourful and mindful of someone dear. YEs, we believed too that the luck in the 4 leafed clover was in passing it on.
Hope you have a great weekend!
